Whether taking a step into a room of delicious flavors, or catching a whiff of someone else's fresh burrito, or bright red salsa on hot chips. Fresh made burritos with your choice of ingredients are rolled right before your eyes. Tacos, nachos, fresh salsa, and hot chips are also part of the value menu.

“Eat, Love, Give.”

...is the philosophy of owner and entrepreneur Fernan Deleon. Locals are already familiar with the bright colors and appetizing smells of last summer's hot dog cart located on hwy 40. Now he is going south of the border in his new venture The Cosmic Dog Mexi-can Grill. “I love food. I wanted to create great tasting, fresh, made from scratch, affordable food and in a way that would allow me to help others.

The vision of The Cosmic Dog Mexican Grill is also to be environmentally conscious, which is why the whole philosophy is based on creating less waste from the foil used to sell burritos to using cans which can be recycled. Even the cups are made eco-friendly. Creating awareness and education through the products made “green” and reminding customers to reuse through drink promotions, and as a role model such as the burrito bike which has zero emissions.

Lunch starts at 11am in Park plaza, located on the east side of the road between the liquor store and Rocky Mountain Roastery Coffee shop.
